Please note that fabric and other supplies that are needed could be on backorder from the suppliers. We have no control over this situation. If this happens you will be contacted. This does not include weekends and holidays. You will be able to chose another item or cancel your order but you will be chargered  15% restock/refund fee

Holidays and weather can slow down the mailing proccess as well. 

Once your item is shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responisble for lost packages.
