These are custom made triple ruffle panty/diaper cover. Can be used as a diaper cover or panties. They accent to that little girl dress. Very frilly, dressy and adorable. Panties are made with a soft cowprint cotton fabric. Panties are accented with a white and black bow with a flower center. Pants have elastic waist and elastic around bottom of legs. Legs are edges with 3/4" sheer lace. Come in sizes newborn to 4T. Larger sizes are available, upon request with a cost adjustment.
