My turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for all holiday custom orders, durning reg times order are 2-4 weeks.

What are your shipping methods? TOP

All packges are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days after the order has been completed.

Once your package is shipped, we get tracking (wether it's sent to you or not) once your package leaves our hands we are not responisble for it if it gets lost. Majority of the time your tracking number is sent to you via email once shipped.

We do offer rush shipping on orders:

3-5 days from order date- 35.00

5-7 days from order date - 25.00

8-12 days from order date- 15.00

Overnight shipping will be 25.00 for small orders and 35.00 for larger orders.

Orders over $150 will always get free regular shipping(this is subject to change at anytime).

What type of payment do you take? TOP

We take money orders or google checkout for payments.

We do not under any circumstances use paypal. We have been using google checkout for 2 years and they have for the most part be reliable to us. Google checkout is similiar to paypal and easy to use.

If you are sending money order, please remember that your order will not be start and supplies will not be bought till payment has been recieved and cleared.

How long does it take to ship my order TOP

Due to the high volume of order our current turn around time is anywhere from 4-6weeks.

THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

If you need your order before that time frame you can rush your order.

What if i don't see a fabric i want? TOP

If you do not see the fabric or print you like, you can always email us and place a custom order.

Custom order Section TOP

If you are a facebook or myspace customer and i have sent you a link to your custom listing, please be sure to look over your listing. We will NOT be responisble for a mistake if you have not looked over your order and made sure it was right. If you did not fix a mistake in your order after looking over it you will have to reorder that item, you may then keep the item or send it back to us.

This only goes for custom items that have your name or your child's name on them.

Returns and refunds TOP

Due to custom orders being made for you we will not accept returns. If you picked something and changed your mind orprovide incorrect info/or address when placing your order we will not change your order once it has been sent. If you have a custom order and something happen wrong on our part we will either exchange it for the right item or size. You must then return the item you recived and provide tracking when shipping it back just in case it gets lost. If your pacakage is lost we are not responsible. You must make sure that it gets to us so we can then get your new item out to you.

If we happen to take a item back there will be a restock fee of 15% for all returns and the shipping cost will be taken out for all shipped orders . No exceptions. The time frame for a refund is 10 business days. After 10 days we WILL NOT accept your package and it will be return back to you

Note that supplies are ordered within the first few days for orders because they take some time to get shipped to us, so if we ordered your supplies for your order and you decide you do not want it, IF we decided to give a refund for it, ,your refund will be minus the supplies bought or whatever money we spent to order them.

If every step is follow correctly refunds are given within 7 business days

Unless noted otherwise all holiday orders are custom and are 4-6 weeks. Larger order might take longer.
